1) May i attend the whole event from 20 to 24 April? Can I choose only some of the the Courses?
You may attend only to the tuesday classes, 24 April.

2) Can I join a team that competes for the Large Sculpture Competitions? I just want to work as a simple member of the crew and gain experience by working with top notch balloon artists.
Yes, we encourage participating on a large sculpture crew. You can do this the 20th and 21th. Limited places, € 20 + VAT 21%.

Certo, incoraggiamo i delegati a partecipare alle grandi sculture, questo è possibile durante i giorni 20 e 21, da fare attenzione che i posti sono limitati, e che partecipare in questo modo costa € 20 + IVA 21%.
3) What is the language of the Courses?
Courses are in English and Italian. The English teachers are translated to Italian and vice versa. Some teachers are bilingual.
In che lingua si svolgeranno i corsi?
I corsi si svolgeranno in italiano e in inglese. Gli insegnanti inglesi saranno tradotti in italiano e viceversa. Alcuni insegnanti sono bilingue.
4) Can I attend the 2012 BACI or holding a CBA is a must?
You can attend without being a cba. You could take your cba exam during BACI if you wish.
E’ obbligatorio essere un CBA per poter partecipare a Baci 2012?
E’ possibile partecipare a Baci 2012 senza essere CBA . Ma è possibile anche dare l’esame per CBA durante l’evento.
5) Are there any hotels near the place where the BACI 2012 will take place and if yes, are there any special prices for the attendees of the BACI 2012?
I am sure that my wife would love to come along with me to visit beautiful Florence. The only problem is that she is not in the balloon industry....
There are many hotels nearby and yes we have special pricing. We will publish the list online in November. You will see the hotels, locations, special prices. Many balloon professionals bring family members, they normally tour Florence during the day time, it is a beautiful and easy city to visit and we are in the center of the town.
Ci sono hotel vicini al luogo in cui Baci si svolgerà? Ci sono delle convenzioni speciali per i delegati?
Mia moglie adorerebbe accompagnarmi per visitare la bellissima Firenze , l’unico problema è che non fa parte del mondo dei palloncini…
Ci sono molti hotel vicini al Palaffari e sì abbiamo delle convenzioni.
Gli hotel convenzionati saranno pubblicati nel nostro sito a Novembre.
Molti dei nostri delegati arrivano con le loro famiglie, normalmente visitano Firenze durante il giorno, è una bellissima città e molto facile da girare in quanto la location è in pieno centro.
6) Can she take advantage of any special price for the BACI 2012 regarding the accomodation (Hotel, food etc.)?
You can purchase lunch tickets for her if she wants to join you but if she’s visiting florence it’s probably better for her to tour the city all day. You can purchase the Monday night special party ticket for her, this is a fun evening. These tickets are to be purchased when you are at BACI but should be reserved as soon as possible.
I familiari dei delegati possono usufruire dei prezzi speciali di hotel e pasti?
Potrete acquistare i biglietti per i pranzi presso la nostra reception ma consigliamo una bella visita a Firenze , mentre consigliamo di acquistare il biglietto per la cena di lunedì sera per il nostro party molto speciale e divertente.
Le prenotazioni della cena per i familiari dei delegati dovranno essere prenotate con largo anticipo.
